The BIT Innovation Fund and Lab will support BIT students, alumni and professors with a variety of initiatives matching to the interests and skills to explore, collaborate and develop next generation solutions to help community of innovators and entrepreneurs. This Initiative will help students in the development and/or commercialization of innovative technologies. This Initiative will aid to develop an innovation ecosystem that exists to support BITM students and select alumni in their quest to explore the world of game-changing entrepreneurship and innovation.
The faculty, alumni encourages innovative use of technology tools in higher order learning activities that support connections to the lives of the students and the world beyond the instructional setting. The faculty sets a context in which students are encouraged to use technology tools in unconventional ways that best enable them to monitor their own learning. We will provide the environment and platform to unleash the innovative power of individuals through a network of experienced industry advisors and mentors, peer collaboration and interaction, and comprehensive resource and programming support. We will offer opportunities for students to learn more about industry disruption and innovation happening in respective industry. We will provide the platform for students and professors to present newer ideas and develop prototype/MVP for the selected ideas.
